Do my clients need to download an app to book?
No, never. Your clients get a link (share it on Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, or print as a QR code) and book from the browser in seconds. No app download, no account. They only confirm the appointment via email or WhatsApp.
How does booking work for the client?
The client taps your shop link, chooses the service, selects the operator (if you have more than one), picks date and time from available slots, and confirms via email or WhatsApp. The whole flow takes less than a minute.
How are reminders sent?
Clockee sends automatic reminders before the appointment. The channel depends on how the client confirmed: WhatsApp confirmation gets a WhatsApp reminder; email confirmation gets an email reminder. Professionals using Clockee report up to 70% fewer no-shows.
How much does Clockee cost?
Clockee has two plans: Standard at €24/month (or €240/year, save 2 months) and Pro at €39/month (or €390/year). No commissions on bookings. A free trial with no strings attached is available.
What's the difference between Clockee and Treatwell?
Treatwell is a marketplace: your clients also see your competitors and get coupons to try other professionals. Treatwell also charges commissions. Clockee gives you a link dedicated only to your shop. Your clients don't see other professionals or competitor offers. You pay only a fixed monthly fee — zero commissions.
How long does it take to set up Clockee?
About 10–15 minutes. Enter shop details, add operators with name and photo, define services with duration and price, set opening hours. From then on your booking link is live.
Is Clockee a good fit for a barber shop?

Can I customize the booking page?

Does Clockee have a mobile app?

Can I manage multiple operators or staff?
Yes. Add all your shop operators, each with their own schedule, services, and photos. Clients pick their preferred operator when booking.

Does Clockee charge commissions on bookings?
