Clockee account deletion
How to request deletion of your account on the Clockee app and service
Steps to request deletion
- Send an email to support@clockee.eu from the address linked to your Clockee account.
- Clearly state that you want to delete your account (e.g. "I request deletion of my Clockee account").
- You'll receive confirmation from our support team; the account will be deactivated and data deleted within the timeframes below.
Deleted data and retention
- Deleted: user profile, email, contact data, shops and settings, bookings and data linked to your account.
- Retained for legal obligations: billing and payment data (Stripe) for the period required by tax law (typically 10 years).
- Timing: request processed within 30 days; effective deletion from our systems within 90 days, except where retained for legal obligations.
